The SE Mutual Self-Inspection Program allows SE Mutual policyholders to avoid the hassle of a physical home inspection by providing the required inspection information and photos directly from your mobile device.

The easy-to-use application provides step by step instructions for policyholders to review, upload, and submit details about their property directly to SE Mutual at their convenience.

Once the submission is reviewed by the SE Mutual team, policyholders will receive email notification, confirming their self-inspection submission and the continued coverage of their SE Mutual policy.


Follow the steps below for a quick and easy experience with the SE Mutual Self-Inspection Program

    An email from the SE Mutual team prior to your policy renewal.

    Your property details are prepopulated in the SE Mutual Self-Inspection Form for your convenience.  Just double-check the information and let us know if anything has changed;

    Updated photos of your property are required to ensure that we’re providing you with the best coverage possible.  Snap a few photos of your home and upload photos of the required areas as outlined in the application.

    Once you’ve reviewed your property details and uploaded the required photos, send your submission to SE Mutual.  Our team will review to ensure that we’re providing you with optimal coverage and send you a confirmation email once your submission is approved.
