NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING

SouthEastern Mutual Insurance Company will be holding its

Annual Meeting of policyholders on Thursday, March 11, 2010

at the Crowne Plaza, 1005 Main Street, Moncton, N.B.

A complimentary noon lunch will be served. The Business

Meeting will commence at one o’clock.

The purpose of the meeting is to receive the financial

statements and Auditors Report for 2009, to elect directors,

appoint auditors for the coming year and to transact other

business which may properly be brought before the meeting.

Any policyholder of the Company who wishes to seek election

or re-election to the Board of Directors must file intention

to do so, in writing, with the President of the Company at

least ten (10) days prior to the Annual Meeting. Nomination

papers and further information are available at the Company
